About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and diligent Digital Marketing Specialist to work across our Protocase Inc.and 45 Drives divisions on a full-time basis.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong communicator who enjoys plenty of variety and challenge, as well as exciting opportunities for growth!

Working across a number of exciting projects, including the University Rover Competition, you will drive customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness through the development, implementation and management of digital and social media marketing strategies.

Based in Sydney, Nova Scotia, the successful incumbent will be a skilled storyteller with sound knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Capable of showcasing our customer stories by creating, scheduling and promoting engaging content across a wide variety of digital and social channels, you will also develop audience profiles and tailor the delivery of content and key messages accordingly.

In this dynamic role, you will also be responsible for building connections with new markets, as well as build existing communities. Working closely with the senior business leaders to drive new business, you will use key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, as well as calculate the return on investment.

To succeed, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant discipline. You will also have at least five years of marketing or communications experience, ideally in a project management or supervisory role.

Knowledge of the technology industry, large storage servers or electronics is a definite asset, but not essential for success in this role. Technical training will be provided to the successful candidate.

This role is well suited to a self-motivated and highly organized team player and leader who can effectively delegate work, support a Marketing team and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
