We are a full-service advertising agency looking for a full-time front end developer to join our studio team. You must be available to work onsite in our Vancouver office.

This position will be primarily responsible for the development of HTML5 standard and rich media ad campaigns from a technical and visual perspective. An expertise in JavaScript, CSS and HTML is necessary. Experience or knowledge in Adobe Flash and an educated eye for design are really nice to have.

Primary Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Create HTML5 standard and Rich Media advertising units including expandable, dynamic content, page-takeovers, etc. based on provided layouts.
• Work with Media/QA to test, optimize, and traffic units.
• Work efficiently with Creative, Production, and QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of projects on time and within estimated hours.
• R&D around online advertising to constantly improve the quality of the work we do.

Experience/ Set Requirements:

• 3+ years of on-the-job web development experience
• Expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Knowledge of one or more than the following tools: Adobe Flash (and CreateJS), Adobe Edge, Google Web Designer, GreenSock.
• Accountable, can-do attitude
• Knowledge of other languages (PHP) a plus
• Experience developing Rich Media units within various ad serving production environments (Doubleclick Studio, Sizmek/Media Mind) is preferred
• Knowledge of InDesign and Print work is a plus
