Overall:

• Thorough knowledge of, and at least three years experience in a work environment with, Adobe CS, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat PDF and Dreamweaver for PC
• Ability to juggle several projects at once while meeting deadlines
• Proven design skills, including an understanding of composition, colour theory and typography
• Experience developing complete branding for clients from overall logo & identity through to online presence, corporate material, and other marketing collateral (i.e. E-Newsletters, brochures, tradeshow materials, online and print advertisements, etc.)
• Meticulous with design details and quality
• Understanding of UI, Information Architecture, Wireframe and Usability Design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working collaboratively with Director of Marketing and marketing team members
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects

• Develop marketing tools for varying lines of businesses across B2B including:

o MORTGAGES: Broker channel –sell sheets, tools, posters, welcome kits, Sales tools – power point presentations
o VISA: applications, benefits guides card design
o PSI Gate: brochures
o Retail Credit Services: folders, brochures, web design

• Develop marketing tools for B2C Mortgages including sell sheets

Web Design:

• Assist in the re-design of the corporate website including broker log-in page
• Assist in the design of the PSI Gate and Retail Credit Services websites

Advertisements:

• Develop mortgage trade publications
• Review rewards program ads; redesign based on company’s strategic focus
• Create new ads to increase general awareness
• Develop media publications; newspapers etc.

Direct Mail:

• Develop cross-sell campaigns promoting mortgages, Visa and PSI Gate – merchant acquiring channel

Tradeshows:

• Develop creative for all tradeshows including hand outs, collaterals signage etc.
