A Thinking Ape is looking for an artistically talented 2D Illustrator/UI Designer for an immediate remote contract. We’re looking for an creative specialist to create enticing marketing materials for our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, illustrating, creating and maintaining marketing materials
• Creating wireframes and mock-ups
• Working closely with our Vancouver product development team

Your background should include:

• 2D Illustration skills
• Experience in and passion for both designing user interfaces
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and mediums
• Expertise with the Adobe suite
• Typography, colour, iconography and layout skills

It would be a definite plus if you have:

• Experience in mobile apps
• Worked in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Project management experience
• Understanding of today’s front-end technologies
• Experience with motion graphics
