At Fuel, our Creative Strategy group is a small, highly collaborative team that partners with Fuel’s design, development and management departments to define the right approach for our clients’ digital products. Our focus is broad, from developing long‐term holistic digital strategies for our clients to creating website monetization, social media, or mobile strategies – plus everything in between. The Creative Strategist is both a proactive and reactive senior thought leader and collaborative member of the team who executes against large scale projects within interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
•Assess client business models, while understanding their implication on the user experience, to suggest improvements, alternatives, and additions to their revenue streams
•Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for our clients that guide the design process based on a synthesis of client business needs, proprietary and third party research, analytics, user research and competitive analyses
•Communicate strategic visions to our clients, and help them and their business development teams disperse the strategy to the greater organization
•Collaborate closely with the FUEL Interaction Design and Visual Design teams to ensure business requirements are deeply integrated into the user experience
•Participate in pitches and business development
•Contribute to FUEL’s growing domain expertise and knowledge base through the development of first party research

Qualifications:
•5+ yrs managing product cycles or go‐to‐market campaigns in digital/interactive/mobile/web environments
•Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Omniture or Double Click
•Demonstrated experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to key stakeholders
