JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who will Lead the creative vision, including the UX and design, of our portfolio of mobile experiences in the sector of social, lifestyle and enterprise. You'll have the ongoing responsibility for driving the design vision, engaging and studying the users and helping us design and validate the user interfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT DO YOU HAVE UNDER YOUR BELT?

• Minimum 5 years work experience, preferably at a consumer-focused tech and/or lifestyle company.

• A strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process.

• You enjoy partnering with product management and engineering to deliver product experiences that drive strong business results.

• You're comfortable translating concepts into tangible design solutions and quickly iterating your way to a final, well thought out product.

• Current knowledge of UI Design strategies and trends across mobile platforms.

• Strong verbal and written ability to communicate the value of UI design to product, business, and technology leaders.

• Ability to immerse yourself in our customer’s brand, understand the users, and design fun, intuitive, and engaging products.

• Comfort with a fast-paced, highly iterative product development environment.

• Keen product sensibilities, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users (thinking around not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and work collaboratively.

• Act in a creative leadership role with clients and internal resources with intelligence, humility, charisma, and solid work ethic

• Passionately seek a deep understanding of the client's business, brand, and marketing objectives.
• Work closely as a proactive problem solver and partner with the project teams.

• Provide strong conceptual, creative direction and leadership for client presentations, new client acquisition, and new business pitches to sell ideas and work alike

• Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail in all aspects of interactive design and development

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers to set timelines, resourcing plans, and deliverables is critical for success

• Create presentations decks quickly and effectively that strategically communicates and/or sells in creative concepts to existing and new clients
