• You have a critical eye for smart, entertaining and actionable content
• You're a hard worker with an insatiable desire to learn and improve
• You're a strong writer and a phenomenal editor. Typos and grammatical errors keep you awake at night
• You're a "doer" but also a "dreamer" who brings awesome ideas to the table and runs with them
• You’re a pro in WordPress and even get your hands dirty with some HTML or CSS
• You have a basic understanding of SEO
• You have a great eye for design and some decent Photoshop skills
• You have at least 2 years of work experience in marketing, communications or online publishing
• You're insanely organized and a pleasure to work with

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Working with our Content Strategist, Blog Editor and internal writers to meet tight editorial deadlines
• Proofreading and formatting blog posts in WordPress
• Assisting with photo research and other editorial tasks
• Helping with keyword research and long-tail search engine optimization
• Building dedicated landing pages for conversion-oriented content campaigns
• Proofreading and formatting content for our website and other marketing channels
• Participating in our weekly editorial meetings to help generate content marketing ideas
