We are looking for an energetic go getter that can discover and nurture relationships into successful partnerships.
New Partner Development
- Identify and Prospect for potential new partners through research and networking and turn this into increased business.
- Discover opportunities that will deliver value and develop proposals that speaks to the partners needs while achieving our desired relationship structure.
- Handle objections and display the ability to persuade or negotiate effectively and tactfully.
- Partner Management
- Present new opportunities (ad placements and/or services) to enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Business Development Planning
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Management and Research
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within CRM or other sales management system.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.Work with marketing staff to create and deliver quality creatives and propsals.
What You Should Already Have:
- 2+ years of B2B partnership experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and strategies
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Result-oriented, creative and charismatic with the ability to work independently but also collaboratively within a team and various departments
- Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Experienced in using Google Applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good sense of humour
- A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience
