Events Marketing is a national field marketing agency, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Supported by our network of expert teams across Canada, we plan and execute in-field marketing projects for corporate and not-for-profit clients. Our work serves to reinforce brand messaging and strengthen the brand-user relationship in order to drive our clients in attaining their business objectives.

Reporting to the President, you are a detail oriented communicator who can skillfully manage field marketing campaigns nationally. The successful candidate is bilingual, thrives in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment, delivering projects on time and on budget, and strives to deliver outstanding results.
The Project Manager is a critical role in delivering our services to clients and ensuring successful executions that are consistent with Events Marketing’s high standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Full scope project management of each campaign
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives in a team environment
- Manage recruitment needs and resources
- Track project progress and take measures to ensure deadlines are met
- Proactively communicate project status, identify issues as they arise and propose effective solutions
- Manage in-field marketing executions and build rapport with teams across the country
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Events Marketing standard and client satisfaction

- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in experiential marketing in a PM role
- University degree with strong academic standing
- Experience in experiential marketing, non-profit sector, or athletic fundraisers an asset
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Mac OS X
- Some travel required
- Auto required
- Fluency in French required
