DMT is seeking an experienced and energetic Bilingual Digital Marketing Associate to join our Dealer Performance Division. As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to work on and develop a wide variety of integrated digital marketing strategies.  Examples of such activity include; tactical initiatives using targeted Paid Search and Organic SEO all the way to strategic launch plans for new cars into the market place.

Every day brings something new but our focus is always on the needs of our customers. You will have the chance to showcase your skills by identifying opportunities to promote DMT’s products and services.  You will work in partnership with our sales team in solidifying business opportunities.

The position involves…

• Working with existing automotive clients to develop Online Marketing plans to increase their business
• Well rounded set of Online Marketing, Website Management and Communication skills
• Conducting client follow-up to ensure a high level of satisfaction is achieved
• Recognizing and responding to potential business opportunities
• Collaborating with team members to create the best solution for each client

Our ideal candidate has…

• Experience in Search Engine Marketing, both Organic and Paid Search
• Experience with one or more Online Metrics systems (Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst etc)
• Experience with Social Media reputation management and marketing
• Marketing or Advertising experience digital and/or print
• A high propensity to learn, a love of technology, and an ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
• A strong customer focus and a results oriented personality
• Fully Bilingual (English/French)
• The ability to work under minimal supervision
• Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required
• Website marketing knowledge
