REPORTING TO: Advertising Sales Manager

FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the layout and design of real estate products or special features
• Working closely with the sales team to produce features, layouts and promotional materials
• Proof reading all sections and authorizing final release
• Assisting in coordinating staff and freelance activities
• Sourcing out editorial content for real estate products and features

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Creative design and headline writing skills
• Advanced user of QuarkXPress, Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3 and Adobe InDesign
• Proficient with MacIntosh computers
• Experience in magazine design and advertorial layouts
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and be a dynamic multi-tasker
• Self starter and the ability to work independently
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with PDF technology, retrieving and sending files electronically via a network, is an asset
