This is a diverse role where the ability to coordinate seamlessly and efficiently means everything. Can you run a meeting with a team of executives, take meticulous notes, remember to send them off right away, post the latest news to our twitter feed, review budget numbers, then switch gears to help organize the company bowling tournament… without missing a beat?

The position will involve coordinating with all departments as well as representing our company on our front line, liaising with clients and partners on a daily basis. We’re seeking someone that will bring not only an interest in digital advertising but also a sunny disposition to our eclectic team.
