ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES) - VANCOUVER

As one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, Fresh Direct Produce is looking for great people to join our Vancouver Sales Team!

Our dynamic and experienced team of Sales experts are among the key driving influences of our company, and this is a great opportunity for you to be a strategic partner with our customers.  While working with various FDP teams, you will develop and utilize your analytical skills, planning abilities, and negotiating skills, to ensure our customer commitments, and their produce needs, are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Building positive relationships with customers, with strong follow through on commitments
• Front sales, booking orders, and promoting produce items
• Negotiating optimal pricing with our customers
• Having an awareness of market pricing, supply, and quality of produce items at all times
• Meeting monthly and yearly sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES:

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Previous produce experience an asset
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up abilities (time management, organized)
• Possess good interpersonal, and relationship building abilities
• Strong financial skills
