We are looking for that rare individual who can manage clients flawlessly and who knows their way around graphic design software.  Our busy ad agency requires an organized, results-oriented person with highly developed grammar, proofreading, and PC and MAC abilities. You have tremendous attention-to-detail and customer service skills, well-developed prioritization and collaborative abilities, are comfortable in a deadline-driven environment, and have a “can-do” attitude at all times. In this position, you will be managing day-to-day ad placement for some of the top companies in Canada and internationally, including taking the initial request, copywriting and typesetting ads through to media negotiation, approvals, and placement.
