Your key accountabilities in this role would be:

Media Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with marketing objectives and target audience demographics by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform media buying decisions.

Vendor Management and Negotiation

  • Identify and establish relationships with vendors and media representatives, negotiating favourable terms and rates to secure prime advertising space and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management and Optimization

  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, including identifying opporutnities for cost saviings and efficiency, allocating resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.

Campaign Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns, and generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future media buying strategies and campaign performance.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure media buying is compliant with industry regulations, advertising standards, and company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align media buying activities with overall marketing objectives and strategies.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Maintain a competitive edge by driving experimentation and testing of media mix and testing, and proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within media buying processes, technologies, and strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of online campaign management and traffic generation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other quantitative fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors.
  • Experience working with ad networks and managing bidding campaigns with ad platforms like Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, TrafficFactory, or similar.
  • Experience managing campaigns with Voluum or similar Ad Tracking and Affiliate Tracker Programs.
  • Nice to Have: Existing relationships with international Ad Network Platforms and Vendors who Manage Adult Traffic Advertisements.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to media buying activities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns and maximizing ROI.
  • Knowledge of website and app conversion metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA
  • Strong knowledge of Display Network management and Google Analytics
